16-Finally a Griz

It's late September and I'm running out of time to see a grizzly. I've seen black bear, moose, elk, deer, eagle and several other of the animals that live in the park. Most of the staff have seen grizzly, some in Fishing Bridge. I've given advice to several guests as the where they might find a grizzly, and several of them seen the bears where I said they might be, but I hadn't seen one in 2 months. Then on September 24th we took a slow drive over Sylvan Pass down to the East Gate, turned around and started back up the grade. At the first turnout to the left, there he was. Big, beautiful, and feeding up for hibernation. I had the 70-300mm lens on, motor drive, and managed to get over 80 pictures of this guy. My mission is complete. :-)
