The Adventure Continues
High water and Chocolate Rivers.

The winter of 2007/2008, was exceptional only because it was almost normal for snowfall. The previous 10 years had been been way below normal, and this winter was 110% above normal. The other factor was that the winter was exceptionally cold, and spring was very late to come to this part of the Rockies. I'm wondering what the next few years will bring to this area. One side of the "Global Warming" controversy predicts high temperatures, and low precipitation, and another side is predicting a 10 to 17 year colder than normal, with above normal precipitation.

I guess the next few years will answer the question and settle the argument.
