| This is the Lamar River just a few miles east of
where it joins the Yellowstone. The river runs through
the Lamar Valley, then drops through a canyon forming
these rapids. To me it looked more like looking into
a washing machine. :-) The river is chocolate colored,
but because of the rapids looks more white than any
color. |
