Building a restaurant in Puerto Penasco. There are 11 guys working on this building. Two of them are out of site on shore, mixing concrete in a small mixer. They mix up a load, dump it in a wheelbarrow and it then gets rolled out to the first floor of the building. It's dumped in 5 gallon buckets and carried up the stairs to the second floor, dumped in another wheelbarrow and taken farther out on the floor and dumped. A slow process but it keeps a lot of guys working.
