Having them here makes them available to me while I'm working on the computer. Notice the USB thumb drive on the far right of the hub. That holds all the map files I use for Streets and Trips. When we travel, it's installed in the laptop. When we stop, I move it to the hub, and work on the Fulltime Travel Map, etc. The file is backed up every so often to my D: drive.
