Tweaking the elevation
Once you've hit a max signal with azimuth adjustments, move to elevation. Take one hand and press out/up on the bottom of the dish, and watch the OPI. If the signal goes up, make a small adjustment with the elevation tool. If the signal goes down, pull back on the bottom of the dish and if the signal goes up, make a lowering adjustment. Push, pull until you it max signal. Sometimes you'll have to do a small adjustment to skew, but in my experience, not often.
