I removed this, then pulled the 10/2 wire out and pulled it back in using a smaller opening on the Main Breaker box. The 6/3 wire was pulled in and damn, discovered it's a little bit short. Problem solved in next step. The neutral wire runs through that little red donut thing on the Power Management System.
