One of the things that I like to do is make sure the air pressure
in my tires is correct. It's hard to do this when you've been sitting
for days and discover one of the tires is low and you're miles from
a service station. My solution was to install a small air compressor
and then plumb quick connects on both sides of the rig.
The middle picture shows the moisture filter installed. I bought
the filter at Sears. It's the small one they sell in the tool department.
According to the instructions it's to be installed between the air
outlet, and the pressure gauge. It will trap water, and other junk
that could get into the tires.
I bought a small compressor at Sears and set it up in the rear compartment
of the rig. With the yellow coiled air hose I can reach out over
60 feet from the rear of the MH. It also gives me enough air pressure
to blow dust and dirt off things like the generator. And I don't
have to lift it and carry it anywhere.
