Return to Outside Stuff Our Tow Bar We started our toad experience with a Roadmaster Explorer. That's the kind that stays on the car and attaches to the MH via a ball hitch. It worked but when I watched my brother and several other people hook up using a motor home mounted tow bar, I switched. We now use the Roadmaster Falcon and far prefer it to the Explorer. We have a cover for the tow bar but do not put it on unless camping. At home the rig stays in the pole barn so there is no need for the cover.
