| The view from the top of the dam at Blue Mesa. This
is one deep canyon, and it just gets deeper as the
river moves west. This becomes the Black Canyon of
the Gunnison a few miles down river, and reaches a
depth of over 2200 feet. Beautiful, and worth every
look. |
