Full Time Travel Map
| I did not start saving the GPS trail until late in 2004,
so the green Trip Plan represents the period from Sept 27, 2004
through Nov 22, 2004. The blue GPS trail represents an accurate
trail of the routes and roads traveled from Nov 23, 2004 through
Sept. 20, 2008. The blue dots on the route indicate places we've stayed that had a good view to the satellites we use for Internet and TV. Red dots indicate too many trees or obstructions for satellite reception. Red triangle indicate places with zero hookups, meaning we were self sufficient. All will have lat/lon information and some comments regarding the location. On Sept 27, 2004, when we pulled out of the driveway for the last time, the mileage on the MH was 30,539. Today it sits at 50,850. After 20,311 miles, 43 States, and 2 Canadian Provinces later, we can say we've had a blast. We've visited places we wanted to see, and places we didn't know we wanted to see until we got there. Full timing is not the life for everyone, but it sure is for us. We started this years (2006), travels on March 15, 2006. Our goal was to be back in Florence, AZ on Sept. 15thish, and we got here on Sept 20th. We're back on our lot here in Tierra Del Sol RV Resort, making improvements, and planning to sit still for a bit. Still having fun with the life style. |
